OSMH by MHP™
To help address some of the existing challenges in urban mobility, Mobility Hub Partners is deploying a solution we call OSMH by MHP™ to help create more vibrant and future-proof urban landscapes, contributing to more sustainable urban mobility and more attractive, liveable and sustainable neighbourhoods. MHP Products
Our primary contribution is the Off-Street Mobility Hub (»OSMH«). Our clients (mainly Municipalities and Real Estate Owners) get access to this compelling outcome by partnering with MHP through one of our three products: 01 Portfolio Analysis, 02 Single-Unit Analysis, and 03 Full Project Delivery.
01 Pre-Study | Portfolio Analysis
A potential client (e.g., Municipality or Real Estate Owner) is interested in implementing multiple Off-Street Mobility Hubs in a city or town, or its real estate portfolio. A pre-study is delivered to the client with an analysis and recommendation of the potential number and locations of OSMHs (and related topics), as well as next steps including decision-making and activation.
02 Pre-Study | Single-Unit Analysis
A potential client (e.g., Municipality or Real Estate Owner) has a specific project in mind, at a specific location. A pre-study analysis is delivered to the client for this particular OSMH implementation to support decision-making and activation. There is no need for the client to perform a Portfolio Analysis first.
03 Full Project Delivery
A potential client (e.g., Municipality or Real Estate Owner) already has a specific project in mind (single unit) and is committed to implementing this project from initial idea and concept through to funding, planning, construction, operation, and management. Alternatively, the client decides to implement a full project based on an MHP Single-Unit Analysis. MHP will be ready to help the client successfully execute the full project.
